Poor - DONT BE FOOLED BY ORDERING THE PRODUCT THAT YOU SEE ON LINE BECAUSE THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU RECEIVE. ALSO, WHEN YOU TRY TO GET A HOLD OF THEM THEY TELL YOU CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SEND AN EMAIL. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES ANDTHEY NEVER ANSWER, IT GOES RIGHT INTO VOICEMAIL. I SENT TWO EMAILS AND THEY DONT REPLY. I ORDERED SFB001 ON LINE WHICH LOOKED BEAUTIFUL HOWEVER WAS RECEIVED WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Terrible service ordered for feb 28th they said my order was placed for march 28th im soo disappointed
I cannot believe you had the same issues as me. Well, actually after reading further reviews I definitely can... I ordered flowers for a birthday to be delivered in Brampton on Saturday. After sending an e-mail transfer (which I probably should have already seen as a red flag), I got a confirmation and was promised the delivery would take place between 12 - 6:00 PM. NOTHING was delivered. I proceeded to write a very angry email complaining about the poor customer service and lack of urgency. I received no response, even though the website falsely advertises immediate responses. *cough* bullshit *cough* Anyway, after not hearing back from these morons, I gave them a call. Tyler tells me that they are not opened on the weekends, even though they take orders 24/7 and promise a 3 hour delivery time, makes sense Tyler! He tells me that he is only responsible for the online transactions over the weekend and assures me the store reopens at 9AM on Monday morning. That brings us to today. I called back and asked to speak to the manager at 10AM. I was told he was just stepping in, call back in 10 minutes. No problem, so I did. When I called back the manager had mysteriously disappeared. I lost all my patience at this time and became very belligerent, very quickly. I asked him what his name was and what exactly his job was because he certainly couldnt answer any of my simple questions. He kept asking if I wanted to call back or leave a message. Seeing as though Ive done both of those several times already you could understand why the answer was HELL NO! Tyler then proceeds to hang up one me! I called him back immediately only to be hung up on AGAIN! I could not believe the lack of urgency, the poor customer service, and the sketchy red flags that kept popping up. This is CLEARLY a fraudulent flower business. My last email to them no more than a half hour ago was that I have proceeded to contact the authorities and in partnership with my bank, there will be a formal investigation into these sketchy jerks. I am a very savvy online buyer and ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS do my research before I buy online. Because I was in a rush and quick to have my order placed I did not. First and last time I ever do that again. Really hope this reaches people and they understand how poorly run this establishment, or lack there of this is. Please do not allow yourself to get scammed. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS PLACE. I placed an order two days prior to my girlfriends birthday, the flowers were delivered the next morning. When I inquired the day of her birthday, the response was extremely rude. They overcharged my credit card by 20$. They claim free delivery. When I called to obtain an explanation I was hung up on. WARNING DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS FLORIST YOU GET NO SERVICE.
Terrible place . This is a fraud cover so beware. Even if you still dont believe my experience you have got to trust others. The website is a complete fake and a bad one at that. All pictures are not what this company carries they are pictures taken from legitimate florists.one man trick show and he will hang up on you once he realizes that you have figured out him game.
Blooms N Roses is dishonest and their product is awful. The flowers were late and wilted and they charged my credit card $40 more than they quoted me. They will not refund my money and won't pick up my calls. When they do, they hang up.
DO NOT USE! They are a bunch of crooks who illegally bill a higher amount to your credit card and DO NOT deliver on time.
